Homa Bay Town MP Peter Kaluma now claims that there exists a scheme by some rogue National Government Constituency Development Fund (NG-CDF) committees to siphon public funds through inflated procurement of school buses. Speaking after handing over two school buses to Ogande Mixed Senior School, the legislator alleges that a section of NG-CDF board members prioritize the purchase of buses for schools despite many learners studying in dilapidated classrooms and poorly equipped laboratories.
