Kapkong village mourns 4 residents killed in tanker blast

Residents of Kapkong village are mourning four people killed in a fuel tanker explosion along the busy Eldoret-Webuye highway. The four are said to have been attempting to siphon fuel from the tanker after it collided with a saloon car, when the fuel ignited, sparking a deadly inferno.
