Kenya Institute of Curriculum Development will begin the second phase of distribution of grade 10 textbooks, following what they say is the admission of more learners than anticipated in some schools. According to CEO Prof. Charles Ong'ondo, some students changed schools and pathways after the data was already shared with them.
