KENYA STEPS UP FIGHT AGAINST FISTULA RELATED DEATHS

The Ministry of Health, in collaboration with strategic partners, has intensified efforts to reduce fistula-related deaths in Kenya. According to the Head of Reproductive Maternal Neonatal Child and Adolescent Health (RMNCAH), Dr. Edward Serem, Kenya loses at least 3,000 women annually to maternal health complications linked to Fistula.
