Kenya has reaffirmed its commitment to strengthening cooperation with Indo-Pacific nations in the fight against piracy, illegal, unreported, and Unregulated (IUU) fishing, and other transnational crimes at sea.
Speaking in Mombasa during the Fourth Indo-Pacific Regional Information Sharing (IORIS) Steering Committee High-Level Meeting, Interior Cabinet Secretary Kipchumba Murkomen emphasized the importance of international partnerships in securing maritime transport routes, protecting vulnerable communities, and supporting global trade.
