Kenya has called on communities back home to take advantage of programs that serve as local solutions to climate change at the ongoing Cop 28 in Dubai. At an engagement that brought together different players including children, Treasury Njuguna Ndung'u said financing the locally-led climate action (FLLOCA) program by the national government is ongoing and funds have already been disbursed.
