Kiharu Mp opposes nyota programme, terms it unnecessary

Kiharu MP Ndindi Nyoro has expressed concern over the National Youth Opportunity (Nyota) Program, arguing that borrowing to finance such initiatives is worsening the country’s economic situation. Speaking during the 25th anniversary celebrations of the Christian Foundation Fellowship (CFF), Nyoro cautioned that Kenya’s public debt has increased by more than Ksh 1 trillion in just eight months.
