Kindiki condemns fuel protests, warns against politicising fuel crisis

    Deputy President Kithure Kindiki has hit out at the opposition, accusing it of exploiting a global challenge to incite citizens into anarchy through mass protests over high fuel prices. Kindiki said the planned demonstrations will not bring down the cost of fuel, outlining various measures the government has put in place to cushion motorists and other users of petroleum products. He was speaking in Eldama Ravine, Baringo County, during a public sensitization event after inspecting ongoing development projects.
