Scottish Borders Council has launched fresh court action to evict a self-styled “African tribe.”
The three members of the so-called Kingdom of Kubala - Ghanaian national Kofi Offeh, 36, Zimbabwean-born Jean Gasho, 42, and American Kaura Taylor - were officially removed from a private woodland camp near Jedburgh by sheriff officers on Tuesday morning.
But just metres away, on the other side of a wire fence, they set up a new encampment.
