Operations at the Kenya Nutritionists and Dietitians Institute (KNDI) remain in limbo after Health Cabinet Secretary Aden Duale partially gazetted the institute’s council despite a High Court order requiring the full council to be appointed. Duale gazetted Judith Kobe, Dr. Patricia Mbogo, Sylvester Ndori and Abdullahi Adan as council members, but omitted nominated chairperson Professor Gordon Nguka and other elected members.
