KPA staff raise concerns over job security amid new leasing and labour contracts

Staff at the Kenya Ports Authority have raised concerns over their employment terms following the publication of tender documents for equipment leasing and labour provision contracts, with Managing Director William Ruto previously stating that under the Government Owned Enterprises Act, KPA will operate as a landlord entity.
