The push to create more counties is now gaining momentum with yet another bill seeking to add Gucha as a county being curved from the existing Kisii county. The bill is sponsored by Alfah Miruka, a 2nd-time UDA legislator representing Bomachoge Chache constituency has come just days after his counterpart from Kuria East Marwa Kitayama also proposed additional 5 counties through a constitutional amendment bill.
