KWAL introduces paid menstrual wellness leave for female staff

The Kenya Wine Agencies Limited has introduced a new policy granting female employees one day of paid leave every month to address health challenges associated with menstruation, perimenopause and menopause. The company says the move is aimed at promoting inclusion, employee wellbeing and gender equity in the workplace.
