A Kwale judge has declined to grant former judge Said Chitembwe and his client Hassan Mwazecha occupation orders to a beachfront parcel of land in which KANU party leader Gideon Moi was a previous owner, on grounds that Chitembwe had presented forged documents, among them a court order from the Mombasa High Court.
