Residents of Lamu County are calling on the county government to urgently intervene an ongoing conflict between farmers and pastoralists communities. The residents who spoke during a peace sensitization forum, said the situation has been escalated by the influx of livestock from neighboring counties, increasing the competition for pasture and water resources.
