Mandera North MP says NG-CDF has impacted communities

Mandera North MP Major (Rtd) Bashir Abdullahi has welcomed the Court of Appeal decision that declared the NG-CDF constitutional. Speaking during the launch of classrooms built through CDF at Salaam Integrated Primary School in Rhamu Town, the legislator said the fund has positively impacted many lives in pastoralist counties.
