MASS REGISTRATION LAUNCH IN LAIKIPIA

The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) have rolled out a month-long mass voter registration exercise in Laikipia County, aiming to register 29,998 new voters. Laikipia elections manager Kariuki Gachoki announced that the commission has deployed sufficient polling clerks across the county to meet the target. He urged young people in particular to take advantage of the drive and register ahead of the next general elections.
