Matatu driver charged with reckless driving that killed at least three people

Sammy Murigi Maina, the driver of the matatu involved in the fatal Enterprise Road accident that claimed four lives and left several others injured, will know his fate next week, with the court set to rule on whether he will be released on bond. Murigi Maina is facing six counts, among them causing death and bodily harm through reckless driving and driving an unroadworthy vehicle.
