Now, to the controversial Maasai Mara Ritz-Carlton case and the lawyers of Lazizi Mara Ltd, the developer and manager of the Ritz-Carlton masai mara safari camp, want the court to punish Maasai environmentalist Joel Ololdapash for causing harm to their business through negative publicity for the past 6 months. This follows prayers by Ololdapash to withdraw his petition with no costs. The petitioner now says concerns raised in his petition, which was served in public interest, were a fact-finding mission and have been sufficiently addressed.
