Normalcy is slowly returning to the port city of Mombasa after the mayhem was witnessed during the Tuesday anti-government protests. Some businesses remained open with few others closed for fear of demonstrations and vandalism of property. Security was not left to chance as the police patrolled both on foot and in police vehicles. Our reporter Ann Mburu kept an eye on the day-long situation and filed the report.
