The National Assembly Water and Blue Economy Committee have warned Water Cabinet Secretary Eric Muuga to put his ministry in order and coordinate its agencies to enhance service delivery. The MPs sent away CS Mugaa and Water PS Julius Korir after they were unable to explain the ministry's report on the implementation of the budget for the last financial year, a report the MPs termed erroneous and misleading. The legislators are also concerned the ministry has been spending outside the budget allocated by Parliament.
