MPs summon Wandayi over fuel import scandal

Members of the National Assembly Energy Committee have summoned Energy Cabinet Secretary Opiyo Wandayi to appear before them tomorrow to answer questions on the fuel importation saga involving One Petroleum Company. The leaders said the buck stops with the CS and that he owes Kenyans an explanation over the scandal.
