Uganda police spokesperson Kituuma Rusoke says there are no formal reports of their abduction and that the two are not being pursued for any offence. In the meantime, two Ugandan lawyers have filed a habeas corpus application at the Kampala High Court, seeking to compel authorities to produce the missing activists. And as Gatete Njoroge reports, family members and human rights activists met with Foreign Affairs Principal Secretary Korir Sing’oei in a bid to seek answers over their whereabouts
