The national government through the Ministry of Health is seeking to construct level three hospitals in all 47 counties to the tune of Ksh 2.3 billion. According to the head of infrastructure development at the Ministry of Health Eng. Michael Thuita, the level three hospitals will be constructed to the tune of Ksh 50 million each with a view to enhancing access to quality healthcare services. __
