NCCK urges IEBC officials to conduct free and fair by-elections

The National Council of Churches of Kenya, has called on the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission IEBC to preside over undisputable by-elections tomorrow, terming it a litmus test for the electoral body's preparedness in delivering a credible general election in 2027.
