NCIC summons governor Kahiga over incitement remarks as COG ousts him from vice-chair post

The National Cohesion and Integration Commission (NCIC) says it has began the process of summoning the governor to record a statement over what they termed as incitement remarks. This as the council of governors voted to remove Kahiga as its vice-chairperson even as the deputy president Kithure Kindiki warned political leaders against making reckless utterances that could incite unrest
