Ndindi : Gov’t should not ‘rob’ current capitation budget to settle Sh22.5B debt accrued in 2025

Kiharu MP Ndindi Nyoro says the government may be forced to find alternative sources to fund the education of learners in Senior Secondary School if a 22.5 billion shillings debt accrued in 2025 is settled with the current disbursement. The legislator argues that once the debt is settled from the 26 billion shillings capitation released this year, it will leave only 3.5 billion shillings to share among the learners.
