A section of lawmakers have differed on whether the president should reconstitute the leadership of the majority party in parliament as part of the demands by Gen Z. While West Mugirango MP Steve Mogaka called for a total shake up of the leadership of both minority and majority parties to match the cleanup at the executive, his Gatundu South counterpart GG Kagombe opines the current leadership has done no wrong to warrant dismissal.
