    The opposition coalition has sharply criticised several government ministers and senior officials for actively campaigning for government-backed candidates ahead of the November 27 by-elections. Led by Wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka, the coalition cited Mining Cabinet Secretary Hassan Joho and Senate Speaker Amason Kingi as among those allegedly campaigning for ODM candidate Harrison Kombe in the Magarini Constituency, calling the actions unconstitutional.
