Oral and practical exams for form four candidates’ begin countrywide

    The 2025 Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education examinations kicked off countrywide, marking a critical milestone for nearly one million Form Four candidates. The official time table released by Kenya National Examination Council shows learners began their oral examinations in French and German languages. Similarly music students and Kenyan Sign Language interpretation learners also began the practical exam. Each candidate will be accorded 15 minutes with the practical’s set to conclude on Friday. Candidates who chose Arabic language will conclude their oral exams on Monday 27th October. According to the Kenya National Examination Council, written papers are scheduled to start on November 4th and conclude on November 21st. 996,078 candidates are sitting for this year’s KCSE exams in 10,765 centres. There are 12,126 supervisors, 54,782 invigilators, and 22,247 security officers deployed to oversee the exams.
