Over 700 families are facing imminent eviction in Kavengero village, Evurori Wrd in Embu County following a land tussle that dates back to 1972. The families claim to have been sidelined contrary to the initial agreement by clan members to subdivide the 300 acre land.They are calling on the government to intervene in the matter and stop the impending eviction.
