Pokot South MP David Pkosing was on Tuesday grilled for six hours by the police in West Pokot county over alleged inciting remarks posted on his Facebook page. Pkosing's lawyer, Kimani Jackson, however, defended his client asserting that the post was not meant to incite but rather to express his concerns as a representative of the people.
