President Ruto holds talks with Maa leaders, says inflation has gone down

President William Ruto says Kenya is reaping the benefits of the Bottom Up Economic Transformation Agenda through innovative programmes and policies that the government has been implementing since 2022. The President, who met leaders from the Maa community said the country's economy has stabilized and with inflation down from 9.6 percent in 2022 to 3.5 percent and now the country is reaping big with increased production of maize, tea and sugarcane, and better prices of coffee and milk.
