President William Ruto says the government has reduced fertiliser prices from Sh7,000 to Sh2,500, removed brokers in the coffee and tea sectors and increased food production to lower prices and eliminate hunger.
He announced plans to build 50 large dams, 200 medium and nearly 1,000 small ones to expand irrigation and boost food security nationwide.
