Prolonged doctors’ strike in Nairobi now in 4th week

Critical medical services are on the brink of collapse following a prolonged doctors’ strike, now entering its fourth week due to an ongoing impasse between the medics and the Nairobi County Government. Speaking at the Mbagathi Hospital on Wednesday, the Kenya Medical Practitioners, Pharmacists and Dentists Union accused the county government of failing to address the grievances.
