A Milimani Magistrate Court is now expected to hear submissions from all the legal parties involved in the inquest into the killing of Rex Masai, before making a ruling. This comes after the Prosecution wrapped up the presentation of a total of 30 witnesses and 48 exhibits before the court during the inquest proceedings. The court is set to issue further directions, including the printed court proceedings, on the 24th of September 2026
