Speaking during an education day at ACK Cathedral in Kerugoya, the PS warned against drug and substance abuse among young learners and urged communities to protect children from violence, neglect, and harmful influences.
Retired Bishop Daniel Munene Ngoro also condemned killings and violence targeting children and youth, emphasizing that every life matters and must be protected.
