Nominee for Principal Secretary in Charge of Cabinet Affairs Julius Korir Bitok has defended his integrity over scandals that occurred during his tenure as accounting officer in health and devolution ministries. The nominee appeared before the National Assembly Administration and Internal Affairs Committee on the first day of vetting of Principal Secretaries nominees during which 11 nominees were vetted from Security, Agriculture, Health and Treasury ministries were interviewed.
