Public Investments and Asset Management Principal Secretary Cyrell Odede is encouraging youths to register their Saccos and cooperatives with the Electronic Government Procurement system, and bid government's tenders. Speaking during the official launch of the Migori County Young Professionals (MCYP) group, which brings together graduates from Migori County, PS Odede said that the government has allocated 30% of its tenders to the youth and people living with disability.
