Publishers raise concerns over delayed payments for printing grade 10 books

The Kenya Publishers Association is raising concerns over delayed payments from government which is interfering with the smooth printing of books for grade 10.The publishers are warning that the pending bills could disrupt the supply of textbooks for Grade 10 learners across the country. The association says publishers are owed over 11 billion shillings, a situation that if not addressed could stall printing and distribution ahead of the next academic year.
