Representatives of residential areas and engineers have described Governor Johnson Sakaja’s plan to eliminate height restrictions on buildings in Nairobi as unlawful. A growing list of professional bodies are also opposed to the governor’s plan to rezone some areas in the city. They say this will spark ripple effects on the quality of life and environment
