Cabinet Secretary for Public Service Geoffrey Ruku is now warning Latecomers and absentee civil servants that they will be treated as ghost workers. Speaking during an impromptu visit at government offices in Nyeri, Ruku condemned the laxity and disregard for government office working hours, calling it a betrayal of public trust and a misuse of taxpayer resources.
