Ruto unveils ‘Jukwa la Usalama’ report highlighting criminal gangs and police expansion

A security report handed over to President William Ruto on Tuesday morning has revealed the growing threat of criminal gangs in the country. The Jukwaa la Usalama report indicates that there are more than 130 criminal gangs in Nairobi County, with other regions also affected.
