President Ruto: We are bringing on board an intelligent traffic management system and investing close to Sh40 billion in the programme to ensure that close to 210 junctions around Nairobi are manned by an intelligent transport system. We are also developing a transport management centre where all cameras will be monitored to serve both our transport department and our security needs.
