President William Ruto has asked Kenyans to reject leaders propagating retrogressive politics, challenging the critics of his administration to offer viable ideas to drive the country’s progressive development agenda. President Ruto maintains that the Bottom-Up Economic Transformation Agenda bears a deliberate strategy to solve the youth unemployment headache in the country. The Head of State at the same time challenged young Kenyans to be proactive in seeking the various government funding facilities targeting youth enterprises. He made the remrks in Kisumu County after presiding over the disbursement of 220 million shillings in the NYOTA Start-Up capital program to over 8000 youth drawn from Kisumu, Siaya, and Homabay counties.
