Ruto vows to tackle cartels blocking riparian land clearing in Nairobi

President William Ruto now says he will deal head-on with cartels he blames for blocking the clearing of riparian land in the capital city to prevent flooding. Speaking when he addressed the Nairobi County Assembly today, the president also disclosed that part of the State House wall, which was also built on riparian land, will be demolished as a demonstration of his commitment to the war on encroachers of riparian land.
