The Safina party is accusing the inspector general of police, Japhet Koome of hatching a plan to mete out atrocities against Kenyans and do away with the evidence. Deputy Safina party leader, Willys Otieno says that reports that the IG of police issued orders to his subordinates not to document or open files that relate to criminal activities during Azimio la Umoja led demonstrations was a matter of grave concern to Kenyans.
