Seeking peace at Kenya Airways

Labour cabinet secretary Florence Bore now says they have resolved to form a conciliatory committee, to mediate the impasse between pilots and Kenya Airways management, with a view to finding a solution to the emerging issues. Appearing before the national assembly labour and social welfare committee, before proceeding for a cabinet meeting, Bore who was accompanied by PS Peter Tum, said they were confident they would find common ground. Tum also revealed that a multi sectoral technical group would commence an audit of the national carrier, to ascertain why its performance was plummeting, despite billions being pumped into it.
