Sen. Omtatah says Kenya-US health deal case was signed unconstitutionally

Senator Okiya Omtatah has submitted that the multi-billion-shilling health cooperation agreement between Kenya and the United States was negotiated and signed in an unconstitutional, secretive, and illegal manner.
