A family in Mbale in Vihiga County is mourning after a man who went missing on Christmas Eve was discovered dead in a septic tank, in a case that has shocked residents. Jane Kasigane the mother to the deceased noted that her 43 year old son Humphrey Mbalaga, went missing shortly after visiting home. Despite efforts to trace him, the family had received no information about his whereabouts until the shocking discovery. Investigations into Mbalaga’s death are currently ongoing.
